"Everything was great. I had an awesome agent that went above & beyond in helping assist me & not to mention I was given a wonderful price quote on insurance coverage. My only issue was I dont think I should have been required to pay a so called "AGENT FEE" on top of my quote. I don't understand why I had to pay for her time when she is paid for her work already by her Employer "Direct Auto". I JUST DONT THINK ITS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. 20$ isn't a lot to most but it is to me. Maybe don't make the customers pay someone for doing the job that they were hired to do by you... JS"
