Founded in 2001 by Gary and Myra, the agency has a long history of providing exceptional service to the community. After 22 years of dedicated service, Gary and Myra decided to retire and the agency was acquired by Piedmont Insurance in 2023.
Just like Marshall Insurance, Piedmont is a family-owned agency that started in a spare bedroom. Since 2006, Piedmont has been servicing customers in and around the Charlotte Metro area of North and South Carolina. The merger between Marshall and Piedmont is a natural fit, as both agencies prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.
All existing Marshall customers are welcomed into the Piedmont family, with the assurance that the same exceptional service will continue. With four offices around the Charlotte Metro area, including one in Stallings/Matthews, customers have the convenience of conducting business at any of the local offices that may be in their area.
Piedmont Insurance is excited to continue serving the greater Charlotte NC metro area, with locations in Charlotte, Matthews, Mooresville, and Rock Hill, SC. The agency looks forward to getting to know each customer and continuing to meet their insurance needs with the same level of care and dedication.
