"Yes, I scheduled a tour with the facility for the following Monday from a Fridays call. After the call I was informed I’d receive a call for if they had space. It was a lot of uncertainty’s and although Shannon was nice, it appeared to not be genuine as the same repeated behavior or no follow up call or email was ever made. I think they have something to hide and they are being very selective about who they pick to attend here which is strange. Parents don’t waste your time for tours because you won’t be allowed to decide they decide."

"My 4 year old and 1 1/2 yr old go here and we LOVE it. Every teacher is so nurturing and caring to my child’s needs. They get to know them so well that if they act “down” one day they will even call me to let me know and see if something is wrong. Their attentiveness and individual attention to them is unbelievable from the main teachers in the classroom, to the floaters that help out, to the front office staff. You can truely see how much they care about my boys and our family!!"

"Goddard school was a god sent for my kids. We went to several daycares and thought we could get away with saving a couple bucks. Goddard school helped us get our boys in quickly and have taken great care of them. They call me over anything involving my children."

"From a mother’s perspective, the leadership at this facility had a lack of accountability when my child was bitten twice within two weeks. The owner was very dismissive in her response and supported the lies told on me by the director at this facility as a way to justify what she didn’t take accountability of. The leadership at this facility is very insensitive and unprofessional. Key question to ask: how long has the teachers been working there? Turnover rate is really high. You should be very accommodating to the parents of the child who was bitten twice within 2 weeks. We asked for actions to be taken to try to prevent this from happening again in the future which was to either move her to another class away from the two bitters or add another teacher to the class to help supervise the bitters. This was a suggestion from me not the Leadership. As the Director of the Goddard daycare and being responsible for the care of other peoples children. We expected more compassion around the issue and accountability. The type of bite on my childs face shows there’s a lack of supervision (in a class room of 5 kids) as the child didn’t just nip her but held on to her face with their teeth to the point where it broke skin. At the beginning of her care at The Goddard School, I expressed that I was not comfortable with her being the only girl in her class room with all boys. Every month I was told they would move some girls in there but it never happened. There’s a bigger issue at hand at this facility. Terminating us early doesn’t solve the problem. Ways this could have been avoided. 1. I mentioned several times that i prefer her not to be in a class with all boys. 2. There was no action, She left her in a class of 5 kids with two biters and 1 teacher. 3. She was very insensitive to the matter. 4. Failed to identify the root cause and started telling lies on the parent to justify an early termination to prevent my child getting bitten a 3rd time which would have kicked off a State Investigation automatically. This matter has caused physical and emotional damage to my child. As a heads up to other caring parents, PLEASE do not send your child to this facility."

"I only have positive things to say. My son has been enrolled for almost 2 years. Each classroom has been attentive, thoughtful, and caring. My son has loved all his teachers and his development has clearly been so positively influenced through Goddard’s curriculum. The directors are excellent and have a 2 great backgrounds in the medical field and school administration respectively. It’s also a great plus that they have an indoor gym, so even on hot days or bad weather they find a way to wear the kids out! I couldn’t ask for more from a daycare, and I would recommend them to family."
