"I personally prefer shopping online and having it mailed and shipped to the store for pickup. Unfortunately, the last few times the customer service line was long and it makes me want to shop less at Macy's in general."

"I am not satisfied with Men's collections. I hope they get some variety with the recent trends and designs that most often floods the market. Some of the good brands are lost after a year of availability. I hope they do a good market research and make choices accordingly."

"Great deals but I can’t overlook the poor customer service. There is a staff member in women’s dressing room harassing people telling them not to leave clothes on the floor. Initially we thought it was a shopper talking to their children due to the tone, however, this individual was demanding for us to confirm by yelling that “she was talking to everyone.” “Did you here me”. My sister said ok so she would leave us alone. Then she continued to harass us when we were leaving. We confronted her explaining how rude it was. Her tone was as if we are her children. Her only response was I talk to everyone like this. After continued back and forth. We just walked away. I am completely shocked by the rude behavior of the staff. We would never leave clothes in the dressing room. Despite this it’s your job to ensure it is clean, not harass the paying customers."

"Great store and selection but very few employees or fitting rooms. Checking out is a lengthy process. I returned something today and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at return counter. Saw no other employee during this time. When someone showed up she was eating breakfast and said “What you want.” Sort of sums up the experience there thus why I’m turning into an online shopper."

"Huge selection at this Macy’s. I was looking for a long fancy dress and a short one. The long dress in the prom section was super cheap. Only $69 (it was plain without any sequins or silk). There were so many options for what I needed. They also have Macy’s backstage which had good options but not as good quality. They had all of the departments of a normal Macy’s and it was clean. They had a lot of fitting rooms and they were also clean when I went in. The checkout process was quick and there were enough associates that people didn’t need to wait for more than 2 minutes at the time I was there. Would definitely recommend! There are also a lot of stores in the mall itself if you don’t find what you’re looking for here."
