"I called this place for my son's (10 yrs old) haircut before going there to check if walk-ins are accepted, the guy who attended the call said, come over and you might have to wait for 15 mins, the lady who accepted us started nicely, I asked for high fade, she did a medium and also just before she was finishing up, she asked my son to wait and took another customer and started with the work, we have been waiting for like 20 mins and then I went to the old guy (I think he owns the place) and asked him, if he can finish the cut, he was very rude & said "Zip it up and Sit quiet, she did a favor by accepting without an appointment", I have to take him to another barber to finish. they also charged me $26 for kids cut, when their websites says $20 & $22, Stay away from this place if possible and their rude customer service is gonna the close the shop very soon."

"Had 2 good haircuts with them. However, just got one today and came back to my girlfriend agreeing with me that it was my worst haircut ever... the lights weren't even on in the room. Needless to say it was worse when I turned them on. And I paid 26 for the cut. Asked for a medium fade. Got a high fade. Asked for a little more than a trim off top. It was basically buzzed off the top. Noticeable skin irritation/bleeding after the 0 guard on the sides."

"Cut my hair so short on the top and left the sides so long when I asked for a little trim... I look like a page boy! Luckily I got it fixed at ulta beauty in holly springs nc but it still had to be cut short. Save some time and spend a extra buck for ulta it's a guy place too and it's not worth dealing with this mess... all the woman that work at classic barber shop are amazing but the CEO man was jerk, that wasn't just a mistake that was 6 inches of hair that was lost"
