"I had a leak in one of my tires. I was able to bring it here on a Sunday when most shops are closed. They found the leak and were able to repair it. No trying to convince me I needed a new tire. It took some time but they were busy."

"Our car was vandelized and two tires slashed on a Saturday. We called Walmart Auto Center only to let it ring forever. Finally the customer service center answered and after an hour and three hangups, I got a manager on the phone. She was rude and said I had to set up an appointment online. I informed her they dont have an appointment until Wednesday and I was on vacation and had to be back at work on Monday. Still being rude she informed me there was nothing she could do and she hated it for me. By then I was so angry I hung up on her. There is no longer customer service available at Walmart or anywhere else."

"**DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP.** Took my car into this shop to have all new tires put on and less than a month later realized they had not tightened the lug nuts on one of my tires after it started making a really bad sound. Literally took two off by hand. Called to report it and spoke to a manager who had an immediately defensive/bad attitude. The price is NOT worth it with the almost two hours it took them to put on the tires at the time. Frankly my 13 year old daughter knows how to put lug nuts on properly. A professional not doing so is just lazy and dangerous."

"I bought tires and declined their road hazard option but was charged for it anyway. Later had my oil changed and was charged more than I was initially quoted. Be careful when dealing with these folks."

"It was fine. I called the day before and they aside the two tires I needed. I did have to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time but other than that it great. They got done quickly. Quicker than I thought so ended up shopping longer than intended. They were friendly and very helpful. Much better than the Asheville store. I drove from Waynesville and called the AVL store and they were awful. This store was much better."
