"My son and I had a policy with this company a few years back. We had to have Collison and Liability Insurance because he had a new truck and I had a new car. I got a call from my finance company. They told me that they required me to have Liability and collision insurance. I told them that I had both. I called the Insurance company. They informed me that they had dropped collision on the new car and truck. In fact we had been driving our cars around for months without collision. They said that the reason that they dropped collision was because in the past, I didn't have insurance with a company that I had, as long as I said. So in the past they some how said because you said you did business with another insurance insurance company and it wasn't as long as you said, we canceled your collision. In fact you guys have been driving around without collision for months......REALLY! But they said since it is required by law that we still have Liability. Thank God neither one of us were involved in a wreck during the time that we were driving around without insurance on our new automobiles. This company had many years of our business but NEVER again! Never do business with this company unless you want to be at a very high risk of this kind of carelessness! I would never recommend this company to anyone!"

"I have never had so much trouble simply paying my auto insurance. I was given false information after false information, was forced to pay fees to reinstate my policy multiple times because of no fault of mine, and even (somehow with no one's knowledge) had two policies at one point for the same vehicle! They took liberties of their own without my knowledge including signing me up for auto-payments, but then saying I wasn't the next month, & couldn't even tell me that my insurance had cancelled a month ago! I had to personally call my insurance agency to get to the bottom of the mess they created.."
