"This is my second time around joining OT! I use to go when we lived in Southern CA and then Covid happened. We moved to SC and the Orangetheory Studio is once again very close to where we live. It was time for me to start some type of regular exercise program besides my daily walks so I joined recently and after my first class I said, "Oh, I remember this!" Hahaha!
