"Was left to wait at the drivethru window for several minutes and had to pull up to let them know we had a mobile order. My daughter had to go inside to get our food and was spoken to rudely by a young man with long hair when she asked about our order. Order was messed up and was subpar."

"This gotta be one of the worse Wendy’s in Winston ! It’s always “oh our system is down” or “we don’t have enough employees to take orders” yet the store still open if the system down and ain’t no employees closed the whole mfer down for the night , sitting in there in somebody clock tryna make money but so no work is pathetic! I’m calling HR and leaving a review cause this an every week thing these employees are lazy and sorry. See who worked the schedule of 12/23 and fire the whole night time crew !"

"Their breakfast menu is one of the best. The bacon, egg, and Swiss croissant is delicious and I wish they'd serve the seasoned potatoes all day. I also really like the French toast sticks and berry almond chicken salad when they're serving it during the summer."

"Gotta admit, this was the first time in a while that a fast food establishment got my in-store order right the 1st time. The food was a little slow in getting to me, and I did have to ask for hot sauce, crackers, and pepper packs with my Wendy's Big Chili. There was a spoon supplied along with napkins galore. The Dave's double and coke was good. All-in-all It's not too bad in my opinion. I'll be back again. I ordered from inside the store but took the order out to my truck to eat it as this was an after lunch snack while I listened to my radio."
