"First off the place needed to be clean dirt on the floor some of the tables were dirty. Super slow service there was three people in the lobby waiting for their food I ordered on the kiosk yeah these guys need to step up their game when I got my McChicken it was cold or edible warm didn't bother to complain so it would have took another hour to get it"
"This was just terrible, the worker are not good enough to work at McDonald’s they are a bit old and wore out to be working at this foundation. The fries were cold and dry almost broke my teeth eating this and the and the kiosks was even worse no receipt I wanted a receipt but the worker could not function at all this was the worse experience I had ever had and above all they need training on how to know things"
"It's mcdonalds food is usually thrown in the bag and just about %70 of the time there a problem with order. Going inside the staff ignore you and never know what's going on with anything Togo orders take 10-15 minutes to wait on but this has been my experience with majority of mcdonalds in the area,and some are worse than this."
"Definitely one of the worst McDonalds in the area. A typical drive thru visit consisits of sitting and waiting, odering your food, waiting, paying the person at the window who only says pull forward, waiting more and finally receiving your greasy bag of stuff you didn't order. There's no way any 5 star rating posted in the past 12 months is an actual customer. Employees take a look at the pic I posted and see if you can guess what's missing from both the Quarter Pounder with Cheese I bought....If you're having trouble figuring it out, a little FYI, the main ingredient is written on the box. C H E E S E."
"The drinks/coffees are always wrong. Do not know difference between iced drinks and hot lattes 90% of the time. Worst attitudes when taking orders or trying to rectify issues. Some more senior staff and managers are very accommodating but overall the experience is often a waste of money and very disappointing. The owner/operator needs to implement staffing changes or take more interest in customer satisfaction, especially given new competition is soon coming across the street. Makes me sad because for years this had been a good store to visit."
