Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"We were greeted warmly and were taken to a table immediately. Our waiter Gabe was SO nice and attentive. The food was yummy and they have AMAZING options for allergy and nutrition based concerns. You can even go online and plug in your allergy and it will tell you what is safe and what isn’t. All in all a great place to take a picky family for a quick and easy meal!"

"Food was good service is lacking in every aspect. The problems started with front of house when the hostess called us for our table. We responded and still waited another 10 minutes at hostess stand. We was seated at a table with flickering light asked to move and was accommodated politely. Which come to find out had only about 40% of the restaurant seated so why there was a wait is more than I know. We was greeted politely by our server and she seemed excellent at the beginning but quickly went down hill. I waited for over 10 minutes for a drink refill after she was made aware of it. Part of the meal came out and waited on the rest of it to show took another 10 minutes for it to arrive which by then other food was getting cold. We ate our meal and was pleased with the flavor and portions but not the temperature. The restaurant maybe be going through some staffing issues but when a server only has at most 6 tables to attend to there is no excuse for this. If you order it Togo probably be in a much better situation cause food is very good. Also I am not exaggerating when I put times on a review cause I am fair I actually time these things to be fair and clear to everyone."

"So the wife and I always enjoyed Red Robin here and there. This one last year had some staff issues and poor food quality the few times we visited. We stopped going until recently this year and have gone several times and it has made a 180° turn around! Service each time was fantastic and fast which refills for drinks and fries! Food came out great and cooked to the right temp that I asked for! So long as it keeps going like this I would highly recommend it for a great place for family dinner or even a sit down for a couple of drinks. Whoever took over as manager or if it was a change in staff, good job with what you have done to the place! Side note the new burnt end burger has amazing flavor!"

"This place was very short staffed and they had the bartender covering the majority of the restaurant, but for the staff they did have they did great. The bottomless sides is always a winner when I visit here and there burgers are a little smaller than for the price you pay. I got the blue burger which was amazing. Overall this place is good but they either need to make the burger portions bigger or drop the price."

"This was a good place to eat. The service was exceptional. And it was very clean. There were a few minor errors with the food but nothing that was not immediately fixable (sauces, etc..). The bar looked extremely well stocked, we didn’t drink but it looked like they had a great selection. The food was very good. I would definitely recommend."
