"Wasn’t expecting much after reading the reviews while awaiting my call and not much is exactly what I got. The attorney who called stated within the first 30 seconds that she couldn’t help me, yet proceeded to question and third degree me for 30 more minutes. I felt like I was on the defense stand and I’m actually the plaintiff in my case. She spent the entire time trying to demean and downplay my situation to the point where I felt like I was speaking with a lawyer on the defendant’s team. While I understand picking apart someone’s case and argument is a part of the job, that only seems useful if you’re moving forward with the case. I had already decided to move forward with small claims court and gained no new information I didn’t already know from my own research. It just felt like a 30 minute attack which isn’t necessary in an already stressful situation. If you can’t help someone please don’t continue with the third degree; end the call promptly out of respect for that person’s time and energy or make it clear to the public what your criteria are and don’t return their call or take their information."
