"I called this company so many times in order to going a flight back home. They seem to be closed in Atlanta due to Covid which is completely understandable. However, every time I'd call, someone would pick and tell me I'd get a return call within the same day. When nobody called the first time, I called back and they again said someone would call back. The second time was at least a month ago. I'm still waiting for the phone call back."

"The third class company in booking airlines tickets their motive is to trouble passengers and make use their passengers money for their own dinning business at New York and other places. They cancel the ticket 4 days prior to your departure and they inform you 2 days before your departure date blaming airlines has cancelled our ticket which is total lie. As I was working for the same airlines industry during the same time as consultant I was able to get evidence from Delta Airlines their IP address from where they attempted to cancel my tickets first and later succeeded in cancelling it from their Dallas, TX branch. I request every customers not to book tickets through RIYA travels. Kindly file complaints to BBB for any agencies with operate from India like RIYA travel does and you will come to know the name of the company which is operating in US. Riya Travels is operating under the name of Tripfur and cancel two or more customers every month to make use of this amount for their dinning business. They take two months to refund your own money and put you in worst situation by letting you know your ticket was cancelled by airlines a day before your departure date. These scammers who are sitting in India under the name of Tripfur is being operated by RIYA TRAVELS which I came to know after filling complaint with BBB. When I talked to travel agency they refuse to answer questions raised by Delta Airlines customer service instead they disconnected the call. Delta Airlines has clearly informed me that these guys are cancelling tickets on regular basis and asked me to file the complaint against them. Request every individuals who face problems like me to file complaints to the following places - first with BBB in your area and then followed with other addressed provided below: In my booking it shows dining business address. Which clearly indicates this agency is a fraud. Delta Airlines they clearly informed me that Riya Travels tried to cancel my ticket from Frankfurt and then finally succeeded in doing the same from Dallas, TX based on their IP address from where they were cancelled the tickets which was reported by customer service super visor of Delta Airlines. One to two passages are victims of this fraud travel agency. During the same time another family member posted review about his tickets were being cancelled for his entire family of 4 members. When enquired they will say Airlines has cancelled the tickets. Which is total lie. These agencies buy tickets in bulk and cancel and rebook again this has nothing to do with travel agents. Never book tickets through RIYA TRAVELS or through its branches in India. Kindly report to BBB let everyone."

"I was suppose to travel from New York to India. I am a first time traveler. Me and my family coordinated with a travel/ticketing agency to book the tickets. They failed to mention anything about a visa. So i did not get to board the plane and now have to pay a hefty fee to reschedule the flights. I don't understand why it would not be a Standard Operating Procedure for them to mention, only mention about obtaining a visa not helping me with the process, because at the end i as a consumer have to pay the fees and use them again to re-book the tickets. I think there is a scam here. They don't mention anything and when a individual is rejected to board. I believe they benefit from this. They are safe because of this loophole that 'they are not responsible'. When i contacted them. The lady i spoke to mentions she bring the visa matter usually to people traveling to Europe. How much sense does that make. Why not mention it to every individual traveling to a country that requires them to have a visa. At the end we as a customer are being screwed over not the business. Terrible customer experience."
