"My family has been owners for some time now and we have been very upset and displeased with the services Blue Green has claimed to offer. We can never get a room for when we signed up for on the weeks that we sign up for. We get charged extra meaning only use points for part of our week when we do get to come down and have to pay for the other half of the week. They keep selling exclusive rooms to people on the street and not letting owners have there share of there PAID time! This is extremely unfair and P@!$ES me off to no end! I want rid of this company! If anyone wants to buy me out please let me know! I dough you'd be interested! I could definitely write a book on these SCAMMERS!!! When u have to goto meeting to get money back THIS COMPANY DOESNT KNOW THE MEANING OF NO!!! NO MEANS NO!!! YOUR LUCKY YOU AINT CUSSED OUT! Don't send me messages either you can't talk your way out of this by any means. You know what they say about CARMA!!!!"

"We are Bluegreen Diamond owner and are going to as many as possible. So far this is the only one I have given a 3 Stars to. All the others have been 5 Stars. I had a problem there with management about the fire pits. They would not turn them on. A closet door hit me in the head and there was dog on the balcony that barked a lot even though there is a no pet policy. Except for service dogs. But I don't think that a Yorkshire terrier falls in that category. Will I come back maybe just cause of the view was amazing."

"I'm an owner at Shore Crest, so I go there every year. It's an older resort but well kept. Our room this time was quite small and I didn't like that the tub is in the bedroom. The shower was small with a curtain instead of a door, which allowed water to get all over the floor. The bedroom and bathroom were one large room, which is different than the rooms I've had in the past. Ocean front rooms are hard to get, so I settle for the marsh view. They have a great sauna and pool. Both indoor and outdoor along with a lazy river and swim up bar. The service is always excellent!"

"I came here to have a vacation at Myrtle Beach.Our room was very nice and easy to get to. The decorations and fixtures were modern and unique. The ocean views were so beautiful! Customer service was very helpful and atmosphere was terrific! A great place to stay when you are looking for relaxation!"
