"Of course a wait so went to bar for a pre-dinner drink. Top shelf Margherita was extremely smooth. We had a special request when ordering our steak, our waiter Jay was excellent. Took care of our request and gave outstanding service. Steaks were done perfectly. Tasted great!"

"THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IS RIDICULOUS. I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THE FOLLOW UP OR THE CONCERN BY THE MANAGER OR ANYONE FROM HIGHER UP.. Arrived at 9pm on Wednesday Oct. 25, 2023. Greeted with would you like to sit at the bar.. Apparently nobody wanted a table. We declined and were sat at a booth. Our waitress got our drink order. We ordered the cactus blossom appetizer. With side of regular ranch. It was brought out 15 mins later. No side ranch. Had to wait another 10 to get it. THEN the ranch was 90% mayo. Thick, inedible. We ordered sirloin, side salad, and I got loaded baked potato. Needless to say didn't eat salad bc of the mayo ranch. Steaks arrived at 9:40pm. My medium-well steak is pictured above. After being sent back so the above pic is after 2 rounds on the grill. I asked for manager. My loaded potatoe wasn't even warm enough to melt butter. The Manager wasn't really concerned about our experience. She acted like it was normal. Only took off our appetizer. Needless to say this location has gone down hill. Do better."

"Let me start by saying that service was excellent! Taylor was our server and she is definitely someone I would request in the future. Secondly, I want to give accolades to whoever cooked my steak! It was delicious! Now for the bad news… It is VERY LOUD, but it is a “Roadhouse”, so I was expecting that. What I was not expecting was that there was nasty food smeared on menu that got all over my shirt! It is a Texas. Roadhouse policy to leave the menus at the table rather than bring them to you and take them away/clean them after you order. The menus literally just stay on the table. You pick it up look through it/handle it, then put it back for the next patron to look through/handle. You don’t know who or how many people handled it before you. Really nasty policy, Texas Roadhouse! Now back to the good news…. The tea was really good. My salad also was pretty good!Then my steak came to the table! OH MY GOODNESS! All is forgiven!!! It was such a delicious sirloin, cooked to medium perfection! Soooo delicious! Took one bite and forgot I was writing a review! Almost forgot to take a picture! All in all, I would return. Just have to remember to use the online menu on my phone next time…"

"This location has mastered the art of crowd control or as I like to call it: organized chaos. We went on a Saturday night around 6:30 and thanks to their nifty online wait list, we only waited at the restaurant for about 10 minutes. The restaurant was absolutely packed but service was super quick! We had fried pickles and a cactus blossom, both of which were free thanks to the VIP club which you can sign up for online. The ribs were better than ever. I have not found ribs better than theirs yet. I scarfed them down so quick I forgot to get a pic for this review, but just imagine a half rack of fall-off-the-bone ribs slathered in a sweet but smoky bbq sauce. And those yeast rolls... gotta love them with that cinnamon butter..I also love that you can pay for your meal at the table. No more waiting on the waitress to bring your check and then waiting again for them to bring your card or change back. The only tiny complaint that I have is that the music is a bit loud. It was difficult for the waitress to take our order because she couldn't hear us. Other than that, keep up the good work, TR!"

"Food was great!! My sirloin melted in my mouth!! Cooked to perfection. Corn was yummy, baked potatoe perfect, french fries excellent, chicken critters were nice crisp and juicy on inside and my salad was excellent. The blooming onion was killer!!! Not greasy at all. Loved everything"
