"Brought my daughter in after a dentist appointment. We had no appointment and but she knew she wanted her 1st cut by Hannah! She was great! My daughter immediately warmed up to her and started talking like she was her best friend. She has joked and put my daughter at ease about her 1st cut. Note, her hair is waist length and she went above her shoulders! It looks great!! Thank you Hannah for making my daughter's first cut an memorable one. She vows to let no one cut it but Hannah from now on. Thank you Hannah and Underline Cuts!!"

"Went in yesterday to get a cut, barber “Pressure” was rude, we asked if they were still open, she said yeah and nothing else, after she got done with her client in the chair, she just looked over, walked around, didn’t even look like she even wanted to accept a walk in. Not going back nor recommending to anyone. Give it another few months before they close just like every barbershop that’s leased that space."

"Did not disclose prices, accurately. Female barber friendly, but didn’t seem to really want to be there, did not tell me it costs more to do the top, usually barbers are friendly and try to make conversation. Costs wayyyy to much for the level of service received today"
