"3 stars for a few reasons Pro: friendly staff, quick service Cons: no seating area if you have to wait on your car. Yes I know it’s Walmart so you could go shop or whatever but that’s only entertaining for so long. They don’t quite have their system figured out. I asked for tire rotation with my oil change and they were only able to do one without sending me to the complete back of the line for the other. In a pinch it’s great and fairly priced. But probably won’t go back again unless it’s just that, a pinch and need to get something done quick"

"Had an appointment for oil change not only did I have to find someone to wait on me but my car oil change was half way done. I knew my tires need air they weren’t checked. No vacuum of car no top off of fluid even though it said they did plus the oil warning light that needed reset wasn’t done. So basically nothing was checked or done at all. It was a half way done job for a top oil change of $54.88. Skip this walmart they don’t care if they do there job or not. Also waited 30 minutes to get someone to ring me up after it was done . Plus he gave me attitude because he had to wait on us Just Amazing Terrible WOW !!"

"Overall, it was a good experience.. however, I ended up not getting any work done to my vehicle. I waited for an hour before I was told that they cannot plug my tire.. the ultimately I ended up plugging my own tire, which is a hard it’s just something I didn’t wanna do that particular day…I’ve been there before, and I’ve never had a problem and always have great service. It would’ve been nice if someone would’ve told me it couldn’t have been plugged so I didn’t have to waste an hour of my time… but prior experiences with the auto care center has been great. So I don’t want to not give them them a bad rating ever just one incident.. if you need a a new tire or anything, this is the place to go.. the prices are grades, and they are open seven days a week.. I’ll go back again if I need to.. stay kind, everyone"

"We were on a road trip from Pittsburgh, developed a slow leak in the tire, rolled into Wal-Mart 20 minutes before they closed, and they fixed it within a half hour for less than $20. Super friendly & knowledgeable staff who get the job done, a rarity in today’s workforce. Thank you!"

"Walmart usually has the best prices on what ever they have. And tires included. Got 4 new tires for my wife's car. The staff did good and was a fair price. Wasn't in a hurry, had to run some other errands. But they were slower than usual (4hrs ish to swap and mount 4 new tires)"
