Verizon

"I went to this store to get a phone case. I walked in and nobody greeted me. They all looked busy. I walked up to the cell phone cases. I looked for about 5 to 7 minutes. No one came to check on me. I then looked around and noticed 2 agents helping one customer. I walked up and asked if I could get some prices on the cases. One said he would be with me. I went back to the cases and waited another 10 to 12 minutes. No one came. Then a new customer walks in the store. One of the 2 agents walks up to him and says "How may I help you today" That was it. I walked up to the other agent and stated "I don't need a case bad enough to get ignored and by passed. If you want good customer service go to Spectrum like I did !"

"Went to get phone service reset which only took a minute to do. There was 1 guy in front of us and around 7 or 8 people came in after. When it was the guys turn, a lady that walked in after yelled that she only needed to turn in a phone so she got in front and then another lady got in front of the guy. The verizon lady should have made them wait their turn just like the rest of us. We were there for almost an hour waiting and we were 2nd in line. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"

"I had a pretty good experience today here. I had some issues setting up my new phone and learned that someone else had my number? Anyway, we got it all straightened out and Verizon’s tech team walked me through it. 5 stars for them. 4 for tha store. Still was a good experience. I recommend this location for sure. See Destiny."
