"I made an appointment for my son to get his first haircut last Saturday. As I was walking out the door to head that way I see they contacted me to let me know the hairdresser who was supposed to do it had broken her wrist and had to reschedule. That’s totally fine I understand things happen. During that rescheduling conversation I had let her know I lived far away from the establishment because I couldn’t find anyone in my area who was willing to cut my 8 months old hair which is in his eyes at this point. I rescheduled for the following weekend at that same time. We had snow more than what the area is used to the Monday before my appointment. All other businesses had reopened because the roads were fairly clear. I figured I would have been contacted to let me know if it needed to be rescheduled. I drive the 50 minutes to the establishment for my appointment time and they have a sign that said they were closed due to weather 4 days after the bad weather has happened! Additionally I received no call, email, text no communication of any kind attempting to let me know they were going to be closed and to try and reschedule my appointment. This was a waste of my gas and time with a cranky 8 month old. This is poor customer service and poor taste when the company very obviously has the means to contact its customers but was to lazy to even make an attempt. Especially because now I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my sons haircut and the distance was previously discussed in a prior conversation with their team. I would have completely been okay and understanding if there was even an attempt to contact me but there wasn’t."

"Great service and friendly staff! The worker who cut my daughter’s hair was so sweet and great with my 5 year old! She also done fairy hair for my daughter and she done great even when my daughter was getting a little anxious about sitting there."

"My son and I absolutely love this place. All the ladies who work here are friendly and really understand children. We just recently went for our second appointment the other day and my 14 month old felt comfortable enough to sit all by himself in the fire truck and let Ms. Katie, cut and clip his hair. He did phenomenal for it only being his second time. We absolutely love this place and everyone who works here. We live in the powell area and we make the 30 minute drive to go here!!"
