"I have difficulty getting agents to do anything for me. When I call not very often, inquiring about price increases, which has happened every single year , I have done business with them. I am told they will have to run the numbers like a new plan. Well then do that. I wait for days for someone to call me back. But they never do. Fed up with the entitlement of this company. We can ignore you, but you will stay with us. Wrong I have meetings with different insurance companies today."

"I DO NOT like being told I have to sign a contract 2.5 months before it's set to expire!! The attitude of this branch has changed so much since this new manager has taken over, in a bad way. I don't like the way I'm talked to, for over 30 years I liked this branch, but not so much now. The pushy snappy attitudes really stink, time for a New Manager again !!Dont like my review then the district or regional manager needs to give me a call, NOT the branch manager !!"

"All was going fairly well while I made my monthly payments. It was when I thought switching to every other month would be trusted to be a smooth transition. Lauren Church had to call the customer service number not once with a question but several times because there was once mistake after another, things she admitted she didn't know the answer to,and misinformation passed on to me. I've repeatedly tried to get this resolved with my local office only to be told I'd have to contact customer service. I spoke with Sandy who kept interrupting, raising her voice,and talking over me. I finally asked her to stop talking over me, interrupting,and being rude to which her professional reply was" I've waited every time for you to shut your mouth" . I advised her the call was recorded and I could prove differently. Asking to speak to a supervisor resulted in a long hold and only to be told he was with a customer. It's time to look for another auto insurance provider that can handle having a professional demeanor and caring about fixing a mistake.."

"Highest premiums by far and zero customer service. I had my policies priced by other companies and they ranged from 20% to over 40% less than Farm Bureau Then my Farm Bureau renewal came and it had increased over 10%! There is no customer service. How they are still in business is nothing short of a mystery."

"I would give them a 0 if it was on here. They claimed we had a basement put under our home after it was built. When they finally seen they were wrong and it had been there since it was built they would not apologize. They doubled our insurance and we were put on a high risk list, and they canceled our homeowners ins. and we didn’t even know it till we went in to pay the bill. We received several calls from her, constantly harassing us saying she was going to call the county tax office to tell them we had a basement put under our home. We went to Allstate Ins.and got a lot better deal."
