"I don’t write reviews because I try and give people the benefit of the doubt but this experience is worth one. Our car broke down on the side of the highway coming back from an app state game heading home to Raleigh. It was a Sunday and the tow company took our car here because it was the closest to our location. When we called the next morning to check in and explain the situation, he was immediately so grumpy for the fact that he had to “deal” with it. When I mentioned the warranty, He told me he wouldn’t conduct business over the phone and I had to come up to give him the phone number to call and check coverage. We told him we have a baby and full time jobs and can’t just pick up and drive 3 hours there and back to give a phone number. His tone of voice was one of the rudest tones I have ever heard. When we called back after talking about our options to tell him we would get it towed to the Hyundai dealership that night, he was like “whatever. You’ll have to pay for storing it here.” When we called him a third time to provide the info of the people towing our car, we asked to speak to him and when we introduced ourselves, he just paused in silence and then he finally said and?” In the rudest most disrespectful way. Like I AM the inconvenience. I’m sorry but you are a car maintenance shop near a major highway.. what do you expect? He acted like a selfish, entitled prick. Don’t bring your car here unless you want to get bullied and gaslit."

"Rude as hell !!!!! Everytime i called to ask about my car they would have an attitude??? Like why are you mad that i want to check on my car?? They have the worst attitudes ever ! ALL OF THEM ! Dont take your car here!!! Go somewhere they know how to talk to people."

"Do not take any thing to them my Disable mother took her jeep up there I have recorded every conversation with these people they’re rude or disrespectful they charge $700 they didn’t do anything for days later all the lights come back on took it back had a 65 part in the car when I pick it up today the part was gone and he blamed me for not taking it out and no they didn’t not put in on the it still has the the lights on so do not trust them Be where they will only take your money and not fix your vehicle.."

"This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an auto "service center." There was NO Service performed. The owner is unprofessional and extremely rude. He did nothing to my car, and when we tried to call for information, refused to provide any and became belligerent. The rotors were rusted from exposure, although the car was supposed to be "in the garage." Mud left on the door panels, fuse panel left off. Then when my father, who had permission to talk with/about the vehicle due to my work schedule, was treated very disrespectfully. And the owner who made threats toward my father had the audacity to call the police. I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle to these people. There are honestly no words to describe the disappointment and disgust I had in dealing with this "business." ** I refer to it as a business lightly."

"I should have left when he kicked the dog. This was the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had at any retail establishment in my life. I went in last week was told to bring car back this morning. When I got there the owner was RUDE, aggressive, an seemingly angry because I was dropping my car off. I left with my car, thank goodness, as now I have read reviews regarding quality of work. I have NEVER been treated this poorly, the owner yelled at me, I let feeling physically threatened due to his aggressive verbal behavior. I have NO clue how this place is in business . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE."
