"Stopped in this morning and the employee wasn't letting people enter the store. She said that we had to wait until the floor dries. She also was not wearing her name tag, refused to identify herself and said there was no manager on duty. Why would you turn customers away during peak sales time 6:30am."
"Customer service is horrible. The guy that works there in the afternoon, with the heavy accent, IS VERY RUDE!!! He talks to any and everyone any kind of way. He will curse at you, snatch money, and try to embarrass you in front of others. He says he’s from New York, so I guess that makes it ok. The Lead Store Manager is not very friendly and will not converse with you if she’s in her car. The short, dark skinned girl with no neck has no problem disrespecting the elderly. There are junkies behind the wooden fence, on the side of the store, getting high and using the bathroom. Their card machines, at the registers, hardly work. The ATM is sooooo outdated. The floor near the fountain machine stay nasty and the coffee…………….smh!!!"
"My family and I and several other people I know have stopped coming to the store because of that AWFUL MUSIC that is being blasted into the parking lot, in front of store and even onto the streets. It is coming from the speakers on the outside of the building of the store. We feel this is a racial thing and the store owners/managers are doing this for a particular purpose, that is race related. I have never had the DISPLEASURE of having to listen to some offensive music being played by the store managers in order to enter and exit the store or pump gas. We already have enough to deal with with folks blasting offensive music from their vehicles, now we have to deal with it coming from the store itself. This did not start until there was a change of ownership recently. I think this should be discontinued and not be a policy that is forced on the customers of 7-Eleven, who are majority black at this store. I promise you that the community would not tolerate this in Ballantyne or South Park. It's amazing what we have to deal with in our African American Communities. STOP THE NONSENSE 7-Eleven!!!!"
"Went to our purchase a drink. Today was the firsth day of NC having to wear a mask and I forgot mine. Store manager, J. Phillips gave me one. He gently reminded me that the store sells them but he knew I was going to be out for a while and he wanted me to be safe. I really appreciated that. F. Burris"
"They dont care about their customers. I went in to 7eleven on sugar creek next to I85 a month ago. I went in bought my items got in my car and was making some calls for a sec. 7eleven security guard walks up to my car banging on my window deminding i open up or he would break my window cause he suspect me of smoking weed. (All my windows were up) i open my do, cause i didnt want my glass broken. This gaurd reached in my car attempting to arrest me. He violated my rights and assaulted me. A call their corporate office to inform them what has been done. Its been a month next week Wednesday still no word from them. I wonder if i need to contact the better business Bureau."
