"Excellent customer service! Adrianne went about and beyond to help me with food I purchased online, I accidentally got the wrong one. Took it in store to swap. Couldn’t have been easier. She was friendly, helpful, and knew her stuff. Top quality management. Prices are great, products are great! They have a wonderful selection of top quality dog food that may be hard to find anywhere else. With same day delivery, I won’t shop anywhere else for my pup! Love this place."

"I visited the location for the first time last night. Stephanie did such an amazing job helping me find food for my picky Pitt. She listened to all my concerns, my likes, mydislikes, and then she made her suggestion. She didn't stop there, she offered extra advice that as a first time shopper made things worry free. She then topped it off with simple to ensure my picky eater would like something we purchased. I like the store but her customer service made the visit a success. As a first time dog owner, Stephanie was certainly what I needed. Without thought I will be returning!!"

"Every time I have been in their store the employees have been absolutely amazing. I have worked retail for many years so I know how the job can kind of turn into a blur and get boring but every single time I go in the ppl there are there to help and are extremely knowledgeable. My boyfriend went out of the country for a few weeks so I am taking care of my girl alone. I have an insanely busy lifestyle and feel bad when I cannot go straight home to her after work. THANKFULLY pet people started delivering and I cannot say how much of an amazing job they do with this as well! I placed my order and it was delivered in about 30 minutes, saving me time that I can spend with my girlie! Amazing job and work ethic IN and OUT of the store!! "This little store has a lot of nice items for your pet—not a huge store, just small and easy to find things. The staff greeted me immediately upon arrival and told me about specials that were happening that day. There is a great pet bathing area too! I like that it is a small store and easy to find things.
