"This was a sandwich bought in the airport. Thieves. Barely can find the cheese or ham in it. They take advantage of selling it in the airport... they really need to be kicked out of the airport. Charlotte, why can't you do a precheck?"
"Charlotte NC site I was billed 3 times for a brown salad, wrap, and M&M's. 48.98+ 38.94+47.90=$135.82 !!!"
"The bar area was empty. I attempted to order a nonalcoholic beverage and was told I could "not sit there (at the counter and be served a beverage) unless I was drinking" alcohol. Apparently there are areas for alcohol service and non alcoholic service. I wonder what they do when some people in a party are drinking alcohol and others are not..."
"Good place to stop by and pick up a few things like sandwich and snacks and drinks for your flight before you get on the plane. This time we get vegetables wrap with water bottles and some extra drinks and snacks. Also have fruit and chips too. Location near the gates down the corridor next to other restaurants. Thanks!"
"Rude bartender, presented two forms of ID one which was valid, but she claimed it was damaged as well as a recently expired passport which is also valid in US airports. (They let me in the airport with it!) Lots of places to spend your money here I don't recommend this one. Customer service is very important. I come through this airport several times a week and will no longer take me or my colleagues here again. Possibly why it was empty in the first place. I walked across the lobby and whiskey river accepted my ID and was promptly served with great service."
