"I literally cannot believe how those two women are still working in that store. I went in at 10:30 the day after 4th of July, and I go in there a lot and they treated me like I mean I can’t even explain how rude and ugly they were to me. I don’t know what was going on but they’ve never been literally that hateful to me. Joy, they literally treated me like they had some serious personal issues with me. If you don’t like your job I’m sure there are plenty held places hiring. I mean I still have my mouth wide open in disbelief. If I’m treated that way in that store again and I’m a paying customer. I will find out who’s above those hateful women and tell them they need to be replaced. You need some classes in customer, service and manners."

"I went there October 23, 2022 and had the worst experience possible. The cashier lady was very unprofessional. When I went in, I used the restroom and got a few snacks. She said, Where did you come from. I said the restroom. My intention was to get gas a few more things. After she scanned my snacks. She sat back down and I said Maim, I wanted to buy something else. She frowned and said I'm very busy, you should have done beforehand. She slammed the pen the notepad,and when she got up to the counter, i told her "Thats okay, your services are no longer desired" and LEFT."

"Open 24hrs. They have fuel pumps, kerosene, tobacco, lottery tickets, newspapers - and pretty much everything a convenience store should have. Coffee as well. The line is most often short and the place is kept clean. They also have a type of rewards-card program where you can slide your card each time you make a purchase to earn points - which can be spent later of course. Its a good stop on the way to or from Carolina Beach for ice, beer, drinks, etc. Recently it seems like they've been adding some new inventory as well - sandwiches and things I believe. Can't go wrong stopping here."

"I want to give a shout out and mad props to these two ladies right here at the Scotchman in Wilmington on College Rd!!! These ladies are in the rain directing traffic at the pumps! Very organized, fair, and friendly! They are telling people to get in the back of the line when they try and break and they are stopping people from filling up gas cans....vehicle only!! This line is as good as Chick fil a!!! These ladies need to run for office !! They got my vote!!! Please share and make them go viral!!! They deserve it!!!"

"Myself and a few other customers in the store had a terrible experience with an employee and originally gave a 1-star review for his actions and refusal of service. It has been a week since then, and the GM reached out to me personally to offer her apology as well as compensation and has informed me that the employee has been terminated due to my feedback and others customer complaints regarding him. I'd like to give an honest 5-stars for her diligence and compassion regarding the matter and will continue shopping here knowing that it has such a good GM."
