"This is by far the friendliest service I have ever received from any little Caesars the man and woman greeted us with smiles and even tho it was late they were very happy to take out order and it was cooked to perfection the Shelby store would have told me I had to choose from what they had left they would not have cooked a fresh pizza and an Italian cheesy bread if it wasn't already cooked would have been a definite no in Shelby thanks to the Kings mountain little Caesars we went home happy!!"

"If you try to call no one answers. There's no longer hot and ready cheese and pepperoni pizzas. I don't blame the employees, they all seem to be working hard but it's only 2 or 3 people. Several times I seen a note where you have to order online with a card or you can't order. Poor management from corporate is my best guess."

"Trying to call because I did my order on the app got home it’s raw white curly bread when I didn’t even order that I ordered Italian cheese bread and paid for it but didn’t get it. Call the Kings Mountain store over and over and no answer! I want my food replaced because I didn’t get what I ordered and paid for and what did come was solid white not even cooked. I would give zero stars if I could!"

"I came in to purchase a cheese pizza and when cashier took pizza out of the holding rack. He ask if I wanted one or 2. I asked you have another he said yes. So I paid for 2 cheese pizzas. I got home and as me and my husband sit down to eat pizza. I began to eat my slice and I almost got choke. The pizza tasted like it was sitting for hours. The cheese was so gluing and tuff. I didn't want to drive back and bring the 2 pizzas we purchased back. Because we live 36 mins away. So we threw away all the pizza and I called the restaurant to tell them about the stale pizzas and no one answered. I left a message explaining the bad stale pizzas and no one called back. I recommend if you go to order pizza here to pick up or order in the store. Please check your pizza before leaving the store. I lost 14.00."

"Pizza is quality for Little Caesar’s. Service is on par with Little Caesar’s, which means it’s real low. I give ratings based on what I’m eating. I don’t expect fancy from a simple place. So the food from here was five stars. The service, however, was one star. They tried to short me $10 worth of my $30 order. The manager also looked confused I was in the shop at 4 PM on a Saturday. It took them 45 minutes to make two pizzas and crazy bread. By the way, the brownies are pre-packaged and stored in the back. So just know that. It’s not a warm treat that tastes homemade. The place is clean despite the bad shopping center it’s in and the questionable people hanging around it. Would eat here again and hope service is at least slightly better."
