"If I could put 0 I would. I booked an appointment with this “business” hours ahead for the time slot she had available which was 3:25pm, when it was close to time for my appointment I seen that the appointment had been cancelled so I called to figure out why it had been cancelled and to see if there was another time that we could agreeably book over the phone. When she answered the phone I notified her that I just saw the appointment was cancelled and I was wondering why and she immediately hung up the phone on me. I tried to call back and was sent to voicemail multiple times. After this very unprofessional experience I went to look through more of the reviews left for her “business” and one customer complained that she was late for their appointment because she was in her car smoking and talking on the phone. From my experience, and upon reading the reviews left, I see she is very unprofessional and apparently her work is average at best. Never again."
