"My daughter’s hair is one week old and it looks HORRIBLE!! The owner did her hair and I paid $150 for crochets. She does not braid until you pay. The very first day a braid came out and more the days following. At that point, I looked in her head and couldn’t believe how she braided the hair to crochet. I am truly considering taking her to small claims court because it’s bad business practice! I am very disappointed and recommend NOONE but Africans go to this shop because they apparently have problems with American women but that is an entirely different story. My daughter is half African but her tune changed when she asked if I was also African. I am so annoyed and she claims to be a Christian…lies, lies, lies!!! DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Do not got to shop they will take your money I went to this shop they cut my hair out and you can see where they feed in my braid my hair was Freezy. My braids are loose. I told the lady that was not paying 250 dollars for my hair and did not get the service I was paying for. They lock me and my child in the building trying to make sit down to take out my hair. After the fact I told her I would pay half for service. They refused to take my money. The owner told the girl that done my head that she would pay for hair. then I told the lady that could not hold me in here against my will .I try to pay You but you are refusing my money.So I push through and got out in call the police. As I was wait for police they kept Harassing me. And come out taking pictures of my car. Do when the police got there they lie and try to more me pay more money. If anyone come to this shop they better think twice on what the are spending there hard earn money on. There lady can not braid for the money that they are asking for. And they are rube."

"My first time coming here I loved my hairstyle took about 12 hours to do .. I also returned for a 2nd time I requested jumbo box braids , they did small after me stopping them telling them that’s not what I wanted , I just let them finished because I had a meeting to attend . Do not come here if u have colored hair and is requesting black braids .. they cannot tuck color at all . I’ll upload a picture of my style that I absolutely loved"

"I had an appointment for 6:30am in the. My hair didn’t get finished until 1:pm30. I love the atmosphere and I love the people working there just as much as I love my hair that they did, but for medium box braids I feel like that was just too long. I was the first one there and it was people leaving before me that was the only thing that was unacceptable. Would recommend over all! My price was $212 for my Hair ."
