"We were in town for a concert at the Spectrum Center. Proximity is great with just a few minute walk to our event. The hotel layout is not your typical hotel layout, but it was easy to navigate and all the staff were awesome. Room was spacious, clean and loved that the bed faced the window for a city view. Recommend utilizing the valet service Hyatt provides...Eli and his team were awesome!"

"Staff, service, amenities everything at this hotel was amazing. It was so close to everything that we were able to walk everywhere we wanted through the downtown area. There's even electric scooters everywhere you can pay to ride as well. I didn't specifically like doing valet parking but we ended up having a great experience with that as well. The rooftop bar was amazing as well and had some of the best views of the charlotte skyline. And if that was too busy they even have a regular bar and restaurant on the main floor which is just as nice. Really enjoyed the buffet style breakfast too was really good!"

"Place was located where we needed it to be. Room was nice, clean, spacious. Parking was valet only, at 38$ a day which I didn’t find out until after I booked the room. Didn’t really appreciate that. Breakfast was good, and was refilled every few minutes. Service was top notch other than the night shift girl who would’ve much rather been on her phone than answer the questions I had. It’s a 5 star spot, minus the night shift service and lack of info for valet."
