"First, I will say that the rooms are surprisingly comfortable and my room seemed to be recently renovated. The hotel itself and the neighborhood seem very shady. Lots of homeless and shady people hanging out in the parking lot. The front desk staff were very unfriendly and seemed very “nosey”—which made for an uncomfortable stay. The biggest issue, is that in order to get to your room, you need to go through multiple locked hallway doors. Your key card doesn’t unlock the hallway doors, and you can’t use the stairs.. so you’re forced to go to/or call the front desk every single time you need to get to your room. This is definitely not the proper way to run a hotel, and the discounted rooms simply aren’t worth the trouble."

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. Central booking said they had an airport shuttle which I stressed I must have. After booking I was told they did not have a shuttle and I could not cancel or get a refund. The place was disgusting, rooms smelled awful and front desk service was terrible. No smoke alarm in room, it had been physically removed so a safety hazard as well. AVOID this place!"

"This location is terrible, filthy, and unsafe. Given the chance, I'd rate it zero stars. We urgently sought a hotel after losing our previous reservation. Exhausted and in need of a few hours of sleep, we encountered a dirty exterior, an unclean lobby, and rooms permeated with a strong cigarette smell. I strongly discourage staying here."

"The room was absolutely horrible! Smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was filthy. Spilled pink fingernail polish on the bathroom floor. Ceiling was falling in above the shower. White body fluids on both chairs. I did not feel safe at all and due to the horrific conditions on the room I checked out after 3 hours and still got charged."

"My best friend and I are on a very enjoyable road trip. We were going to stay here for our two-day visit to Charlotte. The woman at the desk was the most rude and disrespectful person we ever encountered. Our room was beyond substandard. The bedspreads were stained, the toilet paper holder was broken off and nowhere to be found resulting in the low-quality toilet paper being seated on the back of the toilet. There was mold around the top of the tub where it intersected with the wall, and the room smelled and looked filthy. The rude clerk was not wearing a name tag, so we didn't get her name. She called for who she said was the manager to assist us but she then said she was the owner. He was apologetic and told us that the clerk had had a bad day. The level of disrespect she heaped on us left us feeling unsafe and as such, we checked out. She completely ignored us when we went back to the front desk to return the keys. We will be reporting this abuse to headquarters. Please preserve your safety and sanity and do not stay here; it's disgusting!"
