"I would had given zero stars if I had a chance to this store. I have been using Great Clips for more than 10 years. I took two of my kids here and had the worst experience possible. We had an online reservation and went there once we got the notification. They were rude as it was 6:40 and they close at 7. Stay away from this store and especially Crystal. She is not good at what she does and to top that she is very rude. If she does not have patience with a 6 year old, she better not be in this business. She does not know how to use scissors or clippers. The worst experience possible. I would had given a zero star if I had a chance. Visit this store at your own risk."
