"ZERO STARS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I’ve been a Great Clips customer for years, but that all changed yesterday. After growing my hair out, I needed a trim. I went in and explained in detail how I wanted my hair cut. I wanted long layers, and to keep the length of my hair. And I didn’t want the layers above my chest. It was down to my lower back, and I just wanted to have it freshened up. The stylist began sectioning my hair and showed me what she was going to cut off. She showed me about an inch and a half of hair. I said you can take a little more, 2 inches is fine. She began cutting my hair and I couldn’t fully see what she was cutting off. Most of the cut was done behind the chair because my hair is so long. She handed me the mirror and said while I still had the cape on and from the what I could see at the time the cut was fine. But when she took it off and I stood up my hair was so short. She cut all of my hair to armpit/chest level. I wanted to freak out and cry, but I paid and left. When I got home, I really got a good look at the cut and it was worse than I realized. It’s very uneven. I cannot believe that the woman that cut my hair has a license to cut hair. In the one picture, I’m holding my hand to where my hair was before the cut. I cannot believe that she cut 8-10” off my hair when I asked for a trim."

"What a nice place. The people inside were nice to us even though we had a hard time communicating with them in English they managed to let us use their restroom. I particularly enjoyed the menu they gave us. On each page was the weekly specials. I wanted to get a crew cut but the manager said they only do that on Mondays . So we waited and came back the following Mon day. To my disappointment the person who did crew cuts was not available. Great clips has super clean restrooms . Plenty of parking. Handicap essible for one floor entrance. Super friendly staff Convenient store hours. Walk in appointments by appointment only. Affordable haircuts 1 star for service. ⭐"

"I am not satisfied with the service or haircut I received here. The person who cut my hair was ignorant and disrespectful and did not listen to my requests. I always have my hair parted in the middle and she proceeded to cut it at a side angle even after I asked her to make it in the middle, she simply would not change my part to what I asked. The cut itself is extremely choppy and does not look like a professional cut it. I would not recommend this place because I now have to go get it fixed somewhere else."

"Terrible experience! Took my daughter with long hair for a 2-3 inch trim and asked for V-cut shape. The lady who was cutting her hair had to consult with her other two colleagues what and how to do it. She still was not sure so she got a scotch tape and taped her hair down to create a V shape. You kidding me? When I saw that we wanted to just leave. That’s when another stylist came and took over. I know there is a labor shortage in almost every industry but you should not apply or hire someone who can not provide you with the service you are requesting. Disappointing and scary. Will not return to this specific location!"

"There is no reason to come here. The last 3 times I have come here it has taken me 3 hours to get my haircut. I have had to come back to get my hair fixed and still it ended bad. I do not recommend coming to this location."
