"I had a consultation with Robert after an extremely terrible hair cut and color from another stylist. When I told him what I want my hair to be , rather than cutting my hair and coloring it, he was honest with me and said that he would not attempt to cut or color my hair because I would not be happy with it. He trimmed my hair (at NO charge) to make it more manageable for me and suggested I continue to get minor trims for at least 6 months and then schedule a color and cut. He is extremely professional and if I had gone to him in the beginning, I would not be struggling now with my hair. Thanks to Robert, I now know what to expect for the next 6 months.
