"Though I can’t speak for the services they perform (though I can assume they’d be great) I can speak to the type of business they run. While my car was in for an inspection, a working accidentally backed it into another car on the lot - of course not ideal but accidents happen, everyone’s human. But the owners at Mooresville Service Center went above and beyond to take responsibility and make it right, covering the cost to repair and providing transportation in the meantime. What can still be called an inconvenience, they made the fix as easy as ever, and without me having to pry or beg, a rarity nowadays. I would 100% trust them still for any future service based on this."
