"Great experience overall! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We were in desperate need of R&R. Our esthetician or facial person was amazing! I forgot her name, but she did an amazing job. I almost fell asleep a few times haha. It was so relaxing."

"Lisa's facial was not only efficient but also indulgent, featuring a thorough application, a leisurely pace, and delightful extras like neck, hand, and foot massages. The added touch of hot towels and the option for wine elevated the experience. Highly recommended! 10/10! I am recharged! I love this spa! I love that they offer the luxury experience with plush robes, lockers, and slides! They also have snacks, and tea to enjoy between services. I enjoyed my massage, but the facial gave me life!!!!"

"I had two massages here prior and both were fine! Today I had a massaged booked for 80 minutes and a soak. Today, I received an 50 minute oil down. I was covered in oil - covered. At no point was there a massage or any concern to address the issues I explained. No pressure. Just basically rubbing lotion. Not to mention, I am listening to the spa music while also John Fogherty is simultaneously playing. They had two stereos going. At the 50 minute mark, she told me she was complete and I explained I had booked for 80 minutes. I get to the check out and the lady confirmed I booked an 80 minute and asked me why I didn’t want my longer massage. At this point, I was thoroughly confused. I explained to her that the massage therapist just stopped. There were no apologies - no empathy. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service was alarming for a place that is supposed to be relaxing. My last visit unfortunately."

"I’ve had a membership at the Spa Botanica for over 5 years now. I love it here. All of the staff are great, very friendly and the professionalism is top notch. The whole atmosphere at the spa is very relaxing and comfortable. I always look forward to unwinding there. Fruit infused water and plenty of snacks are always available. Leigh has been my massage therapist for all these years, she is great! I always look forward to my spa time with her. Love coming here!"
