He was quick to respond, came right away, did his work and had our estimate quickly. I met John, from JC Properties, durning a lighting quote I was doing for one of their jobs and mentioned I needed some grading work. He came and looked at the job shortly after that, and within a couple of days, the job that I'd been trying to get done for the past 6 months was complete and looks great. "Wow. Amazing work. They took an eyesore waste of building and demolished it down to the ground in a day and a half. Ethan was a master on the excavator. Billy drove six loads to the dump and Tyler made sure the land was left spotless. The finishing touch was the straw they laid atop the dirt to help prevent erosion. These guys were pros. Delivered what was quoted and more."

"I had a large residential job that included a house demolition and many trees removed. JCP was responsive with the estimate and the job was reasonably priced. John that came out for estimate was honest, reasonable, down to earth, and upfront with no surprises at completion. There were many delays, most of which were unforseen and uncontrollable on the company's part. This did make some parts difficult, but the job was done as requested. The crew was fantastic, professional, and sensitive to our needs and situation. Chris was there every day and sometimes late to complete the job, definitely an asset to this company. He was my main communication source and I was thankful for that! Communication was very important to me as well as the job at hand. I would recommended and use JCP again.
