The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming, and both therapist did a great job, my wife and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I will definitely come back for another massage."

"Very disappointed with the customer service here. They’re not very clear of the pricing until after you check out and have already received the services. When they initiated I have something to help you with your tension problem; it sounds like they were willing to perform something for you and help you without saying it’s $20 extra for this or that. Then when you have a question the lady at the counter is unprofessional and refused to apologize for the miscommunication on their behalf. They blamed the customer for a service and refused to take in consideration this person is a new client and never got a professional massage ever before. Needless to say they took advantage of his knowledge on the website that he didn’t go on to book because it was a gift. They are super unprofessional and a very defensive company that doesn’t take their mistakes into account. It’s really the principle in this matter. At least state there will be an extra charge. I will not recommend nor will I be back! You shouldn’t argue with your customer that have simple questions."
