"Great experience at this nail studio in Ballantyne! If you're looking for good services and pricing, I'd recommend them! I did a walk-in for a mani and pedi, the service was excellent. The people are very nice and the manicure and the pedicure were fantastic! They really took time to do a good massage which is always appreciated. They went above and beyond to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Great staff, very impressed with their services, and will be back soon!"

"Just took my 3 year old daughter for us to each get pedicures and her nails done. It was such a great experience. They were so nice and very patient with my daughter and all her questions (she is 3 haha). They even gave her a stuffed animal that she’s in love with. It was my 1st pedicure and was so relaxing in the massage chairs and enjoying watching my daughter get pampered. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Will definitely be going back!"

"i can only speak for my own experience with a single nail tech (no one told me her name so i don’t know it), but i went in and got my natural nails done a few days ago. i asked for a simple design, the nail tech made it clear she would do her best and she did, although it wasn’t perfect but i still thought it was charming. design aside, i had to take my nails off that night. they felt awful. i had dip nails and tips on from a previous salon, she used her nails to wedge them off leaving my natural nail damaged; and on top of that, filed them down even more. by the end of it my cuticles were aching and my nail beds were very sore. under the uv light i expressed that they were burning and the solution was to put cuticle oil on them, which helped a little bit? but ultimately didn’t change a thing. i ended up soaking everything off that night because of how bad my cuticles and nail beds ached and hurt from the service. i paid $64, which for what i got in my opinion was not worth it. i most likely won’t be coming back to this salon, if you enjoy your service here that’s wonderful, im very happy for you, i just had a bad experience. but i hope this review helps with a standard for keeping healthy natural nails a priority."
