"I have been going to Katrice for 6 months and yesterday I stopped by her studio to explain that some very important was happening tomorrow ( she was with a client so I asked if it was okay to speak with her, she said yes) so I asked if I could I please reschedule my appointment, her response was yes you are not canceling you are rescheduling so it should be fine, l will get back to you when I am done. Well her response was very upsetting. Al of a sudden she is quoting her cancellation policy (nothing in that policy mentions rescheduling) and telling me that I would have to be there tomorrow or I will be charged and I would have to prepay my next appointment. I went to the appointment and became upset there. She proceeds to tell me that “she is sorry that I missed something so special but she has to take care of herself. (New wave customer service). I paid but I did not tip her and she says that it is obvious that I am not happy with her so we should stop doing business. I responded that due to the fact my appointment was just before Christmas we should wait until the new year to stop doing business because I will not be able to get an appointment with someone else ( I made this appointment 4 months ago). Her response was that she didn’t have to service me. I have never met anyone with such bad customer service skills, how indifferent she can be and how uncaring she is to her customers."
