"They were great. I went in thinking I needed an alignment because my SUV was shaking so bad. So when I got there the lady came out and got my key and asked me a few questions about the shaking. Then her and the mechanic (& me) went out to inspect my tires. Low and behold, I had a big bubble in one of my tires. They could have easily just given me what I asked for and taken my money but they didn't and I'm grateful."
