"I went for a special occasion and my stylist was pushy about getting me to upgrade from regular polish. When I said no she rushed through my service and left without saying anything, so I waited 20 minutes for the others in my group who had started before me to complete the same session I had gotten. Poor service and she didn’t even cover my entire nails. Massage was nothing more than someone lightly putting lotion on. My receipt says Sarah was my cashier, but I am not sure if that is who did my nails or not because she didn’t even come over to check me out. She was just sitting there talking to her young male coworker for 20 minutes after rushing through her job. Two stars because my sister had Dara and said she was good."

"I have been here before and had a Pedicure from Lilly and she was awesome! I called to make an appointment for first thing Saturday morning and lily was not there. I made appointment with whomever as soon as they opened at 930am. I got there and was seated for my Pedicure with a nice woman who minutes after getting my feet into the water said she was going to help another customer who was getting a full set of nails instead of just my Pedicure. So even though I thought that was not correct since I had an appointment, I went along and didn't say anything else. Finally 10 minutes later a girl showed up and was apparently not happy to do my Pedicure because she became very rude with every question and comment. I let the first couple go, but finally said I was leaving and did. And believe me I didn't want to leave. I don't have time to go somewhere else. That is why I may be appointment in the first place. Won't be back."

"This was my 3rd visit here & let's just say 3rd time is NOT the charm. My first 2 visits are great. The service is epic but the way they did my nails on this 3rd visit is all wrong. I have two friends who own nail salons in Virginia who have been doing GELX on me for almost two years now, so I am aware that everyone does them differently & why. I normally drive to VA to get my nails done but decided to let Polished try since they have great service with my pedicure & wax's. I told the tech when I first saw her start my GELX that I didn't want them done like she was doing them because I know they won't last. She places the GELX nail almost to the middle of my natural nail. Which means it will look bad AKA need to come back for a new set sooner. She replied "everyone do it differently" I said yes I'm aware of the different ways & I don't like how you're doing it. I trusted her process & now I'm not even a week into this fresh set & it look horrible. My cuticles & natural nails are showing BAD. I have 3 back to back trips & I'm so upset that I now have to wait till I'm back in the US to fix this. I have added photos of my original GELX set that someone else did. That Polished removed for me before putting theirs on. Notice the original clear & white set they removed was over 5 weeks old & still don't look at bad, thick, & unnatural as this 5 DAY old set that polish put on for me. "I absolutely adore this establishment. I’ve always received top notch customer service and their attention to detail is amazing. Whether I’m here alone or having a girls day, it is well worth the 15 minute drive that I take (bypassing 3 other nail shops). Anh is my personal technician; however, I will say that every person that works there treats everyone with the utmost respect. I look forward to my biweekly trips to be pampered."

"I've been coming to Polished Nail Bar for 8 or 9 years now and couldn't recommend them more! Every technician is nice, welcoming and professional, I haven't had a bad experience once in that time frame with numerous technicians and I get my nails done once a month. The nails turn out beautiful every time whether it is gel, SNS or acrylic. I recommend this location to everyone and it's worth whatever commute."
