"ATTENTION:Don’t come to park on the street the night before your appointment, you will be moved by police . Ended going to a Lowes not too far away. Just show up 1 hour before appointment. Check in process can be a bit simpler. I was Assigned to the freezer. If you don’t get a door right away, you have to be on the look out for an empty door and for the driver in front of you to go to the door. I had to go into the receiving office 3 times apart from checking in with guard. Once when you arrive, then when you get the door and park and finally to get your paperwork. Most if not all this can be resolved with a simple call like to the carrier like everyone else does."

"Almost 40min to check in. I was giving a door only to find out that it was taken by another driver and make me wait for a door to open up. 100 dollars fee!!!! If you don’t fallow their directions like if truck drivers make tons of money. No respect for drivers at all at this place. They only care about their business."

"Arrived 15 minutes early 6 trucks in line counting myself. Straight to a door and back out the gate in total 3 hours even. They will send you out with damage or smashed boxes if you have O S & D"

"The GPS directions led me straight to the facility. Checked-in with the guard, who will give you instructions and a door no#. Plenty of space to maneuver and back. Break the seal, open the doors, park, walk over to place paperwork and seal in tray, under the white tent, by the building has a green" transportation" sign around doors 24 or 26 area (This is the cooler delivery area. Dry van area is on the other side of building). When they're finished unloading, they'll send you a link to submit your payment. Once, the payment went through within 6mins 42 secs, I received a phone call stating, my paperwork and receipt was ready, walk around the building to the drivers check-in area, guy met me at the door. Do not place a seal on your trailer doors because the guard needs to check the inside of the trailer at the end. My appt was at 06:00. I arrived at 05:49. I got checked-in, docked by 06:24. Red light @06:31. Link to pay @06:57. Submitted info to my company for express code & paid @07:12. Received phone call I was ready @07:19. No overnight parking but there's a small area, on the street, leading up to the facility, where some of the truckers park, by the hotel. Great experience at U S Foods Alcoa, TN.
