"I decided to have my grandson's 1st birthday party at Mega play. When discussing details about the place I was assured everything was going to be great considering the email with the payment confirmation was detailed. That was not the case at all. We barely had an attendee letting us know anything about the facility. I did not get the all the food I paid for during the time of the party. After talking to the manager letting her know my grievances, I was informed her team are a bunch of liars. Team members of Mega play made up stories to make themselves look better because of my complaints. I paid for frozen pizzas that were cold and under done. I paid $50 for a Disney theme that was very dollar tree quality. Yes i received a portion of my money back but it certainly was not enough considering the lies of the staff and the amount of money I spent. Mega Play does NOT have to worry about my family crossing their threshold AGAIN! DO BETTER!!"
"I always love taking my kids here. We've been coming here 4 years now and it's always such a blast! It looks like the recently renovated the place too within the last year. New floors and new bouncy house's! This place is always clean and very well kept as well which is a huge plus for me."
"It’s a cute little place, if you order your pizza ahead of time it’s ready fairly quickly. It’s two bounce houses, four slides and a set of your run of the mill children’s play areas made up of iron, pads and mesh walls. But be warned: this place is rules on rules on rules and they don’t take a single rule lightly. It’s not for laid back moms that are here to just relax. The music is a little overwhelmingly loud."
"Our family loves mega play. It's a great space for kids to burn off energy and if you have little kids like ours, there's a section just for three and under so your less adventurous. Kids have a safe place to play there and then your little ones that want to go play with the big kids can also go do that in the bigger place structure and the bouncy maze and bouncy slide. You do have to pre-book online, you're not really able to just show up for a play session, and when you do book online, you have the option to go ahead and pre-order a pizza before your session so that way it's ready to go when you get there so that you and your kids can eat as they play during the session. I highly recommend this place and believe that it's worth the drive even if you live in South Fayetteville."
"This place is awesome! Such a perfect fun activity center for kids, it has all the best combo of things toddlers love: bouncy house, multiple slides (one set for toddlers, one for older kids and a bouncy slide too), ball pit (for toddlers) and obstacle like course setups. Honestly for $11 I think it is worth it. We will definitely be back many times. To me this is like a playground indoors, a good place to take our kiddo to burn energy when the weather is chilly or rainy. The facility was clean and nothing was damaged (which another reviewer had complained about in an old review), the staff were very courteous and helpful. Some reviewers complained of a strong sanitized bleach smell, which we didn’t notice. If it’s your first time they work in scheduled sets of 1-1/2 hours. We came a little late into the first session on Sunday but one hour was plenty of time for my three year old to have an awesome time. There is a separate toddler area for ages 3 and under, this was a great safe area for just the little ones. We didn’t get anything from the concession stand, so no comment there. Overall would recommend this place for sure! I’m so glad it’s here and our girl can’t wait to come back. Heads up we noticed it was quite chilly inside, i don’t know if that’s because it’s January or is always the case but I wish I’d packed a sweater for our kid, you might want to dress in layers!"
