Applebee's Grill + Bar

"We waited at the door for over 15 mins before someone even said something to us.. and that was only because i went to the bar and asked if there was a waiting list. She said no and said someone will be right with me. We waited another 10 minutes and finally got sat at a wet table. The food came out cold, and we didn’t even get all that we ordered. Also, the bathroom was trashed!! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. We didn’t see a manager the whole time we were there. And on top of all of this, it wasn’t even busy!!.. I was a bartender/ server for over 15 years, so I understand how things work and am understandable to different circumstances, however, it wasn’t busy at all so I’m really confused on why the service was so terrible and the food was cold considering it was not busy.. unless the staff just doesn’t care.."

"I should've checked the reviews before eating here. The cook need to be retrain, this food was terrible. I've gotten the same dish at several Applebee's and never once was I disappointed. The wonton's tacos was over cooked and stale, the cloeslaw was a purplish color. I didn't even try to eat the coleslaw but I did try to eat the wontons and chicken broccoli alfredo but couldn't stomach it. I'm use to getting some broccoli and a grilled chicken bread on top. Instead I received little chicken chunks mixed with broccoli pieces. I did explain to the waitress that the cook needs to be held accountable and trained correctly. I will never go back there. Side note: the gentleman sitting to the left of us ribs was cold but he proceeded to eat them. Next time when there's only 3 cars in a parking lot I'm going to take that as a sign DO NOT EAT HERE!"

"I can't believe this place is still open. I know it's an Applebee's but holy cow. There is a bar tender, and hostess trying their hardest to run the whole place. The walls are blank. You have to drive 2 miles through the mall to get to it. Pretty bad overall even considering it's budget chain. Editing my review because the owner replied and doesn't seem to grasp that this restaurant sucks because of them. Your staff is working their butts into the ground. You need more people. Can't find more people? That because you don't pay enough or because you run so close to the margins on staff that it's a terrible place to be employed. MANAGEMENT needs to do better."

"Went in for dinner tonight and stood at the host stand for 20 minutes along with several other parties before we were even greeted. Once seated the waitress was nice, but we waited at least 30 minutes for our food to come out. Once we received our food my wife's chicken and pasta was cold. This was a very disappointing experience and we will definitely not be going back."

"Came in for my sister in law’s birthday, Waitress said it was a 45 min wait, we said that is fine. Then mentioned to us that they will have to ask a manager if they can serv us because our party is too big and that they will be unable to serv us. Then proceeded to sit a group of 3 and a couple. Mind you, half their lobby is empty. After sitting the other customers in front of us, they then told us that they will be an hour wait. We kept telling them it’s fine, we will wait. Manager then comes out to mention again to us there will be a long wait, where we continue to tell them it’s all fine. We get it that they have 2 servers and 2 cooks. We were patient until the extent of them repeating that it will be up to a 45min to an hour wait."
