"They start cleaning WAY to early. Every morning I was awakend by one, the vacuuming and two, the Laundry room was directly behind my head. I also could hear all of the housekeepers talking very loudly in the halls. Not a restful stay. If I'm paying to stay till 11, I shouldn't have housekeeping knocking on my door at all when I'm preparing to leave"

"The air conditioning unit doesn’t work. The bathroom door doesn’t shut. We killed a huge roach in our room. There is black mold on the bathtub grout. The people were friendly and helpful. But for $125 a night it should have been better!! I don’t think they can help it because it looks like the owner has just quit keeping it up. We’re here for a wedding and I think everyone feels the same way!! I’m going back home when the reception is over. I’m NOT sleeping with roaches!!!"

"Totally disappointed with this motel, as my husband and I have stayed here alot over the years. The room itself wasn't bad at all. But having stained bed linens on both beds is ridiculous. And the bathroom had mold around the tub. And the continental breakfast was only cereal ,yogurt and a waffle maker. With the rates they charge for a room $137.19 total with taxes etc. They can buy new linens. And repair their bathroom. Maybe new management is what this place needs."

"This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. They had a Mold problem years ago. It smells like they covered it up. The Mold is in the carpet, the walls, the ac unit You can smell it the moment you walk in. We came for a class reunion and we're stuck as the other hotel is not good either. Then the Roaches.We are staying in Lumberton the next time. I am sick. My allergies flared up. The showerhead is filthy. I wouldn't let that shower water touch my person. With new construction being done nearby and trying to put Whitesville on the map you would think a decent hotel would be a priority to bring in business and events. It is non-smoking but you have to get through the outdoor smoking to get in the front entrance. The front desk person was very pleasant as was the staff."
