"Went end just for a quick trim to the side where it was growing uneven the guys said do you cut your own hair ? I said no the person that has been doing it for years is busy . He said you ask for that cut ? He was a total jerk . 18 dollars plus tip to be criticized never again"

"I recently went to this salon and although the lady was very talkative she didn’t listen to what I wanted done to my hair. I can’t remember her name, but she was the second chair on the left upon arrival. She asked if I wanted it layered and I told her no, that I have worked really hard to get it all one length. She asked how much I wanted off and I told her probably a couple inches so that it stays healthy. Not only did she cut my hair in layers, but it’s not even straight. I went in to get it trimmed before I colored it and she chopped it. Very angry and frustrated with my experience."
