"Really upset. I booked a few months ago because I seen great reviews. When I booked, the website had a field to put what I wanted specifically. I was VERY clear I wanted a balyage. I got an email the day before my appointment that I needed to verify I was coming or I would be canceled because she didn't have my phone number. I was a little annoyed but figured it was the holiday season so it was understandable. When I got there I was told she no longer does balyages and that her website doesn't show it. It was just a full foil. What modern day stylist does not do a balyage? Obviously she only does full foils to have the customers come back every month rather than twice a year. That is a money making gimmick. Also, if you are using a website to conduct business it would Be very smart to check what the client Puts on there. I also tried calling her when I could not find the building. And she didn't answer the phone and the day before I called to confirm the appointment after she emailed me and she had my phone number and she didn't answer the phone. Why would you be so heavily reliant on a website that you're not reading? It is not like you answer the phone. It is a shame because I am very loyal client. The only reason I am looking for a new hairstlist because I moved from out of state."

"Best haircut ever! It’s now been over a week since I last went to Christina for a haircut. I was feeling so, “Bleh!”, so I booked an appointment. I had long, curly hair, that hung down in drab curtains so I asked her to keep it long, but put layers in it for volume. I showed her an inspiration photo and she absolutely nailed it!!! I can still do so much with my hair. I can put it in a bun, I can put it halfway up, it looks great wet or dry! I love it ❤️ and my boyfriend loves it too (which is a definite plus)! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
