"UPDATE: I am very disappointed with Laura's lack of professionalism. She has been using a screenshot of a positive review I initially left the day I had my hair done (before I washed my hair and saw the horrible angles all over my head.) on her Instagram and FB page. When I messaged her and asked "Hey can you please remove that post with my name in it." She blocked me. Laura, you need to learn how to handle unhappy customers. I am a very reasonable person and understand that stuff happens sometimes. You need to accept responsibility when you make a mistake and offer to fix it. Not just block everyone who doesn't give you a 5 star review. I am changing my review after a few weeks of trying to deal with my hair. I think Laura is a very sweet person and very personable and I do like her a lot. However, I am not happy with the way my concern about my highlights was handled. I emailed her a couple days after my appointment when I tried to put my hair in a pony tail and my highlights looked jagged like I used an angled brush to apply bleach. I have weird angles all over my head at the root end and orange bleeds. I wish I could post pictures. She just addressed that my hair would not go blonde in one appointment which I understand, we spoke about that online and in our consultation . She never offered to fix anything or acknowledge the the weird angles left in my hair from improperly placed foils. I paid well over $100 for a cut and full highlights. I tipped her very fairly. I love the cut. She did a terrific job with that. But now I have to go somewhere else and have my hair color fixed because of all the angles on my head. I think she does beautiful work on other people and that is why I went to her. I'm not sure what happened."

She takes the time to genuinely get to know her clients. On my first visit to her salon, I let her know that I had 0 hair styling or makeup skills and wanted to transform my usual tomboy look to something more sophisticated and glamorous. She did not disappoint! Laura not only does an AMAZING job with my hair...she also takes the time to teach me how to style it myself so I can replicate that fresh from the salon look."

"Salon Inspire is the absolute best salon that there is around here. I've been going to Laura for years. She's always so sweet and she is always makes you feel so welcomed to be in her chair. Laura is extremely talented and she's also so patient with you. She has gotten me through two proms and a wedding over the years and never leaves me looking less than 100% fabulous. I drive an hour just to come here and it is worth every minute of my drive. Love her!!!!"

"I would give this 10 stars if I could!!! Laura is an amazingly talented hair stylist. I have been going to her for many years and would never trust my hair with anyone else. She makes you leave her salon feeling beautiful. I go religiously every 4 weeks just to make sure my hair always stays on point. I have let her take me blonde, purple, pink, black and they all look amazing. If you want to feel beautiful and look amazing Salon Inspire will not disappoint!"
