"I swear I go from loving this place to hating this place. Tony is amazing she REALLY knows how to cut some hair!!! BUT honestly I am REALLY over the whole check in online and EXTREMELY EXTREMELY long wait times, they really need to hire some more people or reopen the monkey junction location again. I’ve been trying FOR WEEKS to get a cut and every time I try it’s 190+ minutes. OR like today it says 15 min, well it takes me longer than 15 min to get there so I drive halfway there then attempt to check in online and BOOM wait time jumps to 60 min and NOW it won’t even let me check in cuz they close in an hour, so now I’ve drove halfway there and have to turn around and go home and TRY again another day. Why can’t we just schedule an appointment like a normal place!!!!"

"Disgruntled employees, .My haircut looked terrible and they were completely incapable of cutting your hair to look like anything like picture you show them. This is just a very expensive barbor shop. Basic fades, nothing more."

Albeit it's predominantly for men, I love this place and will return again for another expert haircut. She did a great job!"
