"Very very disappointed and unsatisfied. Went to this location to change a check with my aunt for the first time and worst experience ever. They discriminated and retaliated us based on our appearance. I'm an American citizen, and I have no need to go through such bad service like the one I experienced today at this store with Paula and her associate. They did not feel like helping us and said they couldn't change my check because it was my first time and that they didn't know if the check was real or falsificated. They didn't even bother to check documentation. That just says they got something sketchy going on that isn't supposed to be going on. BAD SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO HELP, JUDGEMENTAL, DISCRIMINATORS, AND RETALIATORS!!!!"

"Went in thear to pay my spectrum cable and internet bill it worked until she said cash for the Bill payment I then asked if they had a ATM in the store and they didn't have one so I road to the bank and got the money for the Bill and then went back to the store and they said they computer was down but it was okay until I didn't have any cash on hand next time I'll just pay it on line and not have to go back to that store again"
